Shipping policy

Standard Shipping is FREE on Orders in the U.S. above $75. We try our best to get you your order ASAP, however the shipping time is indicative and is therefore not guaranteed. All orders will be processed and shipped to the shipping address within (2-3) working days of receiving payment. If a delivery suffers a delay or if the delivery cannot be dispatched or only partially due to the goods not being in stock or other reasons, the consumer will be informed about this as quickly as possible or at the latest 30 days after the order was placed. In this case, the consumer has the right to cancel the order, free of charge. ShapeShifter Fish and Friends will refund the consumer with the sum paid as quickly as possible, though at the latest within 30 days after termination. If the package is damaged when it arrives, please contact ShapeShifter Fish and Friends within 24 hours through info@ssfishandfriends.com and we will contact the shipping company.

For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. In the case shipping has been added, you will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
